Baby Boosa Discuss the Importance of a Sustainable Future

Baby Boosa Discuss the Importance of a Sustainable Future

Raising our little ones with the environment’s best interest at heart has never been more important. In short, sustainability looks to protect our natural environment, human and ecological health, whilst driving innovation and not compromising our way of life.
Although it’s important to live for now and to be in the moment, especially as a parent, there’s no getting away from the fact that we need to act fast. If we want our little ones to enjoy the world as it stands, we must continue to implement the small changes to impact the future generations now.
At Baby Boosa, our award-winning brand aims to re-define baby and toddler products through sustainability, stye and thoughtful design to improve the parent experience and in turn, encourage a more sustainable lifestyle.

Time for Change

Here at Baby Boosa, we have a responsibility to minimise the environmental impact when producing consumer goods. We are a part of a new movement of creative innovators helping to not only build a better future for the baby and toddler industry, but also for our children. The effect we have on the environment is extremely important to us and something we feel passionately about. This is why we are one of the first brands in our industry to challenge the norm and design out all single use plastic from our packaging across our supply chain. It’s a sustainable step to minimise our environmental impact, whilst helping yours too!
In a recent survey conducted by biodegradable baby wipe brand, Aqua Wipes, it was revealed that 95% of parents are concerned with reducing the plastic they use. By investing in these small but necessary steps, Baby Boosa are helping to target the pressing concern of plastic pollution within the environment. With more people becoming aware of the risks our planet faces, the popularity in sustainable and environmentally friendly living has greatly increased.
Every Baby Boosa product comes in a luxury re-usable storage bag. Its silky netted design gives it a ‘gifted’ feel whilst having purposeful uses. They can be used to store snacks, groceries, they are perfect for organising toys and even great for washing your delicate clothes in too! The possibilities are limitless.

Re-useable is Sustainable

Reusable items are a sustainable way forward. For example, simple changes like using one of our silicone bibs are a fantastic eco-friendly alternative. Simply wipe or wash away the excess, without having to commit to washing food covered fabrics! Less washing saves your time, but also reduces water usage and your carbon footprint too. Small yet effective changes like this can make the world of difference. It’s worth taking a look at everyday items that you can buy in a reusable form, you’ll be surprised!
At Baby Boosa, our naturally lovable products are made from silicone, which is derived from natural materials. It’s a wonderful, non-toxic alternative to harsh plastic. It’s BPA free, and is manufactured to last for years of use. We choose silicone because of its versatility and sustainability. Unlike other materials, silicone is a lot less harmful to the environment and our children because it does not release nasty micro-plastics into the atmosphere or to be consumed. Additionally, it can be recycled by specialists, so it really is a worth investment when it comes to sustainability and peace of mind! Have you seen our recycling programme?

Show Your Passion

As we know, our children are highly impressionable and will lead by example. Show that you’re passionate about the sustainable changes you are making, right from the get-go. Make simple tasks like recycling a fun activity! Seeing your enthusiasm will inspire and encourage your little ones to make good choices as they grow.
