      BabyBoosa ships internationally, with all orders currently sent from our warehouses based in the United Kingdom. For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped as Tracked.

      All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD, depending on the destination of your order. Orders placed by 2pm GMT/BST will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. 

      Once your shipment has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing full details of how you can track the delivery of your order.

      International Orders - **Due to current COVID19 related disruptions, the international logistics system is experiencing significant delays due to a lack of available flights and increased parcel volumes. Orders can take up to 25 days to arrive**

      Shipping Options

      Exact international shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight, size and location of delivery for the order.

      Delivery times are all estimates provided by our courier delivery partners, however these unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

      Delivery may be attempted 8am-8pm, Monday - Friday.  The carrier will leave a calling card if delivery is attempted but unsuccessful. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier.

      Incorrect Shipping Addresses

      We will deliver the products ordered to the address provided for delivery when the order was placed. Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode, in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer, is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

      Customs and Import Charges (International customers outside the UK).

      Customs and duty fees are not including in the final price of the order. Once your order is dispatched and reaches the destination country, if there are any applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for a specific country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. 

      Products out of stock

      If a product is out of stock then you will not be able to order the product and it will be marked as "sold out".

      Products on Pre-Order

      If a product is marked as a pre-order, you will be able to order the item and complete the transaction, however the item will be on a delayed delivery date. This date will be highlighted on the product page.


      We do everything possible to ensure the items arrive safely and within the quoted time - we guarantee to despatch everything in the time we say. Unfortunately, we cannot account for extenuating circumstances such as Industrial Action on the part of the postal provider or other factors which would influence their delivery i.e. adverse weather conditions.

      Please note, undelivered items will always be replaced rather than refunded, once the address has been confirmed as correct and the local sorting office has been contacted. Please note, both checks must be done and confirmed via email before we will resend an item.

      In the event that we re-despatch an order and the original order is returned to us as ‘Undelivered’ or ‘Not called for’, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 100% of the order value which will be added to the next invoice.

      You must notify us if the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 28 days of placing the order or cannot accept liability.

      Care & Safety

      • Please clean your product with warm soapy water before first use.
      • Always use the product with adult supervision.
      • Never leave your baby unattended while feeding or playing Before each use, inspect the product.
      • Recycle at the first signs of damage or weakness.
      • Always wash the product immediately after use.
      • Do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals.
      • To prevent damage to the product, always dry thoroughly after cleaning/use to prevent build up of mould.
      • Always check the temperature of food before feeding.
      • Heating may produce localised high temperatures.
      • Take extra care when microwave heating.
      • Always stir heated food to ensure even heat distribution and test the temperature before serving.
      • Product temperature range is -40°c to 230°c.
      • Do not store or leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.
      • Do not store or allow to come into contact with solvents or harsh chemicals.
      • Staining may occur if the product is allowed to come into contact with oil-based foods (eg, oil/tomato based sauces).
      • We can not guarantee our products will be stain free for all food this item comes into contact with.
      • Suction base is only effective on perfectly smooth, flat, non-greasy surfaces. If a surface is made of wood and slightly textured, the suction may not work.

      • Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.
      • Please note we only offers refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
      • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
      • Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product.
      • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
      • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
      • Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.

      Non-refundable & Faulty Items

      If an item is delivered to you that is defective please inform us so we can review for any manufacturing faults. 

      Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden surfaces and we can approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.

      If your product is not compatible with any other equipment such as high chairs too small to hold a plate or bowl, this is not Baby Boosa's responsibility and we can not be liable to accept refunds or returns for this reason. 

      Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.

      If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you ordered the product.
